Returns & Exchanges

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order or received the wrong item, we are happy to help.

Return Process

  • 1.
    Initiate Request

    Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product.

  • 2.
    Receive Authorization

    Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if applicable.

  • 3.
    Pack Your Items

    Securely pack the unopened items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA is clearly marked on the outside.

  • 4.
    Processing

    Once received at our facility, we will process your refund or ship out the replacement beans within 3 business days.
